• Resident Information: Name, Email Address, Mobile Number, Secondary Mobile Number, Apartment/Villa Number, Tenant or Owner Status, Vehicle Number, and optional details such as biography, interests, photographs, reviews, and payment information.
• Guest Information: Name and resident flat to be visited.
• Service Provider Information: Name, phone number, resident flat to be visited (if any), vehicle number (if any), entry/exit time, identity proof, visit purpose, and photograph.
• Additional Information: IP address, webpages visited, browser, device and operating system information, mobile network information, and referrer URL of your request.

Information may also be collected from other sources or third parties, such as the Aarogya Setu App for COVID-related purposes.

How Information is Collected

Information is collected directly through our platforms when users provide consent. Indirect information like IP addresses and device data is collected during platform interaction to enhance user experience.

User Privacy Controls

"Run My Society" ensures users have control over their information. Users can manage, review, update, opt-out, unsubscribe, or delete their information. Additionally, users can contact the Data Protection Officer for assistance.

We may disclose personal information to subsidiaries, affiliates, and third-party service providers for service provision, legal compliance, or with user consent.

Payment

We accept all major bank credit cards, debit cards, and net banking facilities. Radixile Technology Solutions uses 256-bit encryption technology to protect your card information while securely transmitting it to the respective banks for payment processing.

For credit card/debit card transactions, users need to enter the card number, expiry date, and three-digit CVV number. You will then be redirected to your bank's secure page for entering your online 3D secure password (issued by your bank) to complete the payment.

The 3D Secure password is implemented by VISA and MasterCard in partnership with card-issuing banks under the "Verified by VISA" and "Mastercard SecureCode" services, respectively. This password adds an additional layer of security through identity verification for your online credit/debit card transactions. This password, which is created by you, is known only to you, ensuring that only you can use your card for online transactions.

Refund

For any transaction routed through the Radixile Technology Solutions mobile application, where the user mistakenly closes the application before the transaction gets completed, or the amount has been charged but not updated in the application due to any technical issue, you can reach out to our customer service with the transaction ID. After due verification, the amount will be refunded within 7 working days.

Cancellations

Cancellations are not allowed after successful transactions. The amount will be credited to your society's bank account.
